Finally!

After an intesive time of preparation and organization, our first group of students finally arrived in Mexico! Other team members will follow next week to finish our arrangements and open the exhibition vienna-zócalo on May 14th 7 pm at the Galería de la Biblioteca Carlos Fuentes!

Creating an international Mexican cuisine

Creating an international Mexican cuisine and attempt to buy mexican incredients in Vienna and prepare a traditional mexican dinner for 20 people.

Recipes:
Pork and/or Beef Tamales
Required Time: 2 days (the ultimate in slow food)
Chile rubbed Roast Turkey
Required Time: 3-4 hours
Dark Mole
Required Time: 2-3 hours
Mole Verde
Required Time: 1-2 hours.
Flan
Required Time: about 1 hour
