 "Eine Zwischenbilanz“ ist eine Bestandsaufnahme und Zusammenführung des aktuellen Diskussionsstandes der gesellschaftswissenschaftlichen Zweige der post-kolonialen Studien im deutschsprachigen Raum, insbesondere von postkolonialen Thematisierungen aus der Geschichtswissenschaft, der Ethnologie/Anthropologie, der Politikwissenschaft, der Soziologie und der Geographie. Diese sollen außerdem nicht nur untereinander, sondern auch mit kunst-, literatur- und kulturwissenschaftlichen sowie mit außerakademischen Thematisierungen postkolonialer Konstellationen ins Gespräch gebracht werden."
